Our South Tulsa Clinic

PDTC is located at 8556 E 101st Street, Suite A, inside Park Place Office Suites at the corner of 101st and Memorial. The clinic sits just south of the Creek Turnpike, making it quick to reach whether you're coming from Jenks, Bixby, or downtown Tulsa. Free parking and ground-floor access mean no stairs, no parking garages, and no hassle on days when pain is already making mobility difficult.

We see patients Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. New-patient consultations are typically booked within 1–2 weeks, and follow-up visits are scheduled around your availability. If you need directions or have questions about your first appointment, call (918) 369-5511.

Continuity of Care

One Doctor, Not a Rotation

Most regional pain clinics rotate patients through multiple providers, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. At PDTC, every patient sees Dr. Bhakta — every visit, every procedure. He personally reviews your imaging, builds your treatment plan, and performs every injection and ablation himself.

Dr. Bhakta is board-certified in pain medicine, fellowship-trained at Vanderbilt University, and served as Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. Patients travel from Broken Arrow, Owasso, Sand Springs, and Claremore because continuity of care matters when you're managing a complex pain condition.
